July 27, 2010. Katy, Texas Cinco Charities welcomed a full house as it hosted its 2nd Annual Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament at The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch on July 16, 2010. The event drew 123 players and guests with proceeds totaling $18,000 going to benefit the organizations goal of providing housing for critically ill patients and their families.
Players and Guests were treated to a full Texas Western party. The entry was adorned with bales of hay and Guests were greeted by legendary cowboy Gene Autry to say 'howdy'. Hostesses greeted guests in full Western attire and welcomed them the Ranch, adorned with red checker table clothes, ropes and saddles, boots and spurs, and lots of red, white and blue.
